get in tune with your body

serving expecting mothers

Specifically designed for the remarkable women who serve in our field, we have designed a unique prenatal labor 4-hour workshop. Many mothers, mothers-to-be, and those supporting them, understand the delicate harmony we strive to maintain between service to others and caring for ourselves.

These classes are not just about movement—they’re about creating a sanctuary where we can reconnect with our breath, our bodies, and our sense of purpose. It’s a space where we honor the journey of motherhood while continuing to show up as leaders, protectors, and nurturers in our professional lives for our communities.

our next workshop: sunday, march 9th

Are you in your second or third trimester, specifically between 28 and 36 weeks of pregnancy? This workshop is for you. Taking place at the serene Green Spring Gardens of Fairfax County, take four hours with your support partner to feel empowered for your birth.

the prenatal yoga labor workshop

This workshop is tailored for women navigating the transition of pregnancy and those supporting them- blending yoga, mindfulness, and practical tools to create an environment inspiring strength, calm, and connection.

This small, intimate class welcomes only five expecting mothers and their support partners, ensuring a personalized and supportive experience. Together, you’ll create a sanctuary to:

  • Learn: Gain insights into labor anatomy and stages, and discover comfort mechanisms to help you through the process.

  • Connect: Participate in yoga practices that deepen your understanding of your body, build trust with your support partner, and align with your inner strength.

  • Prepare: Explore breathing techniques, positions, and tools to support you during labor, all in a safe and nurturing space.
