Chief Executive Officer

Erringer Helbling’s career has revolved around progressing our government’s ability to harness the power of human potential and innovative technology. It has focused on bridging the civilian and military divide through technology and communities — spanning government service, commercial startups, research institutions, and nonprofits.

Previously, she served as the Vice President, Head of Federal at Altana Technologies. Altana empowers governments, logistics providers, and enterprises with a living map of the global supply chain. Before that, she led HawkEye 360's operations to launch a first-to-market technology and scale their solutions to support their global customer portfolio.

She has served as a leader and advisor to a range of organizations in both the private and public sectors, including the US Army, SpaceX, the White House, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Center for a New American Security (CNAS), and the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU). Erringer began her career as a commissioned engineer officer in the US Army at Ft. Liberty, North Carolina.

She holds a BS and MSE in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy and Johns Hopkins. Part-time, she serves as the Co-Founder and Chair of the Board for the Command Purpose Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports women veterans transitioning into the civilian world. She also serves populations in the defense community through yoga teaching.

Fatima Bardout

Director of Operations

Fatima Bardout is an administrative and operational expert, graphic designer, video editor, and data analyst. She is multilingual, with fluency in English, French, and Spanish. Bardout’s background includes experience in business intelligence, finance, and marketing at firms like Stripe, Arcadia and IMG Models.

Bardout’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration from The American University of Paris. During her time at the university, she was involved in several extracurricular activities, including serving on the student government and founding a club to teach programming to students.

She is described as a hard-working, creative, and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic. Her colleagues praise her problem-solving skills, team-player mentality, and “can-do” attitude.
